- changes in the program are possible, including the time of speakers’ speeches
- the start of speakers’ speeches and broadcasts can be changed – 10:30 (instead of 11:00) on December 8 and 9, in case of adjustments to the speakers’ list
- CET (central European time zone, including Helsingborg, Sweden)

- Each speaker will have 10-15 minutes (no more) for a speech, as well as 5-10 minutes (additional) for possible questions & answers from other speakers and guests of the FNR Forum
