Planned Summary of the 8th Free Nations PostRussia Forum – Zero Nuclear Weapons PostRussia Pact (document, an agreement in the form of a memorandum- declaration on the automatic, complete and immediate renunciation of all nuclear weapons (and all other weapons mass destruction) by all future independent states of the post-Russian space)👇

In order to stop the spread of nuclear weapons and reduce the threat of nuclear war as much as possible, it is necessary that new, independent states appear on the territory of Imperial Muscovy (now a terrorist state called the ‘Russian Federation’).

Today, the Russian Federation is a fundamental source for the spread of nuclear weapons and associated dangers and risks associated. Russia installed nuclear weapons in Belarus and participated directly and indirectly in the development of nuclear weapons of North Korea and Iran.

The newly independent states in post-Russian space, freed from centuries of occupation by imperial Muscovy, will become 100% nuclear-free, ensuring the peaceful denuclearization of all of northern Eurasia and eastern Asia.

In the early 1990s, independent Ukraine and Kazakhstan, freed from Moscow’s colonial rule, rejected nuclear arms, In the mid-2020s, the newly independent states, from Ingria in the west, Karelia in the north, Kalmykia in the south and Sakha in the east, will completely, voluntarily and deliberately reject nuclear weapons.

With this Declaration, the representatives and leaders of the Movements for the Independence of Captive Nations and Colonial Regions, affirm the following:

1. The continuation of the existence of the ‘Russian Federation’, a territorial state with aggressive imperialist policies (including perpetuating war crimes and acts of genocide), is an extraordinary threat to the entire free world due to the risk of it using and spreading nuclear weapons.

Complete denuclearization of post-Russian space is a logical, integral component of the process of decolonizing Europe’s last empire.

2. We call now, with the participation of all the key geopolitical forces of the free world and the states bordering the ‘Russian Federation’, for the development and approval of a clear step-by-step plan to rid our future independent states of all nuclear weapons as quickly as possible (and of all other weapons of mass destruction destruction): logistics routes, schedules, parties responsible for control, disposal, etc.

3. We voluntarily agree and acknowledge that there is no alternative to automatic, complete, immediate renunciation of all nuclear weapons (and all other weapons of mass destruction) by all future independent states of post-Russia space.

Complete denuclearization is a basic condition for recognition, legitimization and future partnership in international relations for all newly independent states in post-Russian space.
